Betsy Rose Samonte wins Norcal ITA Regional Championships hosted by American River College.

She defeated Marifer Ochoa of Fresno City 6-4, 6-0.  Samonte will represent northern California at the ITA championships in South Carolina Oct. 15-18.

This is the second year in a row she has won this tournament.
