After advancing to the championship match, Blake Boswell fell in the second period to Fresno's Dylan Martinez at 149lbs to finish second in the CCCAA State Championships and earned All America recognition. Prior to the final match, Boswell defeated Emmett Kuntz of Bakersfield 7-5 in sudden victory over time. 

The Bear Cubs finished tenth overall at the CCCAA State Championships at Delta College in Stockton.  At 133lbs Tyler Poalillo finished day one 1-2 and in sixth place. Poalillo had a season record of 20-7 with 14 pins. At 174lbs freshman Cameron Casey finished day one 1-2 and also finished as the sixth place medalist. Casey finished the season with a 17-9 record. The top eight placers earned medals and the top four earned All America recognition.
