SRJC Football team host Butte College Saturday night in their first home opener. at 5:00 pm.  The game is being steamed live at YSN365.com  

The Bear Cubs are coming into the 2016 year following a 7-4 season in 2015 and picking up a Bowl victory against Modesto. Last season the Bear Cubs beat Butte 23-20 in Oroville, racking up over 300 yards of offense, including 271 in the air. This season the Bear Cubs are lead by a strong returning core while looking for the freshman class to impact the team on both sides of the ball.
