Female cross country athletes competing in 3k race

Redshirt runner Alexandra Van Holt also made a strong impression in the Women's 5k Run, finishing in 1st place with an impressive time of 18:44.8.
Coach Wellman praised the athletes' performances, "The energy tonight was incredible, and I'm proud of how our team competed. We're excited to build on this momentum for the rest of the season".
Next, the Bear Cubs will compete at the NorCal Preview at Toro Park in Salinas, CA on Friday October 4th.
