In an offensively driven match-up, the SRJC Bear Cubs were outscored by the Mustangs of Delta 9 to 16. In the conference opener hosted at Santa Rosa, All American Nicole Groat scored an outstanding six goals, Lexi Baldwin added two, and Maddie Scott one.  Freshman Carly Packer (pictured) made an impressive 10 saves in her debut as goal keeper. SRJC will travel to American River College for their second Big 8 conference game against the Beavers on Wednesday Sept 24th.
