Santa Rosa Junior College Women's Track and Field is a team on the rise. With a new coaching staff, a new look, and a new crop of local talent, SRJC Women's Track and Field looks to put its mark on the CCCAA.

Led by coaches David Wellman (Head Coach) Mike Wortman (Distance), Jan DeSoto (Throws), Cat Wagner (Sprints/Hurdles), Jim McCray (Pole Vault/High Jump), and Josh Codding (Hep/Dec), the Bear Cubs are beginning to return to the quality program it once was. Following a rebuilding season, the Bear Cubs look to continue the momentum and be one of the top Track and Field programs in the state.

Our number one goal here at SRJC is to develop the student-athletes academically and physically so that they are able to transfer to a four-year university that allows them to flourish as a student and an athlete. We do this giving our athletes the one on one attention that young runners need to develop into top tier college athletes. With this individualized focus, our athletes grow to be strong and consistent runners. SRJC Track and Field competes in the Big 8 Conference. This is arguably one of the most competitive conferences in the CCCAA system.
