In the first round of the NorCal regional playoffs, the Bear Cubs took on the Clovis Crush.

The first half would go scoreless as both teams came out to battle. In the second half, April Gomez would put the Bear Cubs on the board after a corner kick was given. A scramble in the box would find the foot of Gomez to power the shot past the Crush keeper. Ten minutes later Ryan Hernandez would secure the win for the Bear Cubs off a cross from Pricilla Villalobos, ending the game in a 2-0 victory for the Bear Cubs. 

No. 6 SRJC will travel to Tahoe to take on No. 3 Lake Tahoe Community College on Tuesday in the second round.
