Women's Soccer: Guerrero commits to McPherson College

Sophomore Ana Guerrero commits to McPherson College, Kansas.

On May 26th I decided to commit to McPherson College in Kansas. Being a part of one of the best soccer families I have ever been a part of at SRJC and learning from some amazing instructors, I wanted a home where I could maintain the momentum of gaining knowledge along with growing as an athlete. I felt that McPherson was a place where I could continue my passion for soccer with a team who shared the same vision. I also feel that they will provide the most accurate guidance when it comes to my education. The Santa Rosa Women's Soccer program has helped me overcome several obstacles along with helping me develop into a better athlete both technically and mentally. I owe so much of this accomplishment to my team who encouraged me every single day to push past my limits. Also to my coach Crystal Howard who has helped me find my strengths on and off the field, and to the rest of the coaching staff who provided me with motivational support to achieve my goals. Although I will miss my Bear Cub family, I am very excited for the next two years to come and more excited to share a little bit of me with them.
