Santa Rosa Junior College wrestling placed five guys in the top four of their weight classes to finish in second place at the Coast Conference Tournament in November.

133 pounder Trevor Bagan was 3-0 with a pin and a major decision to improved his season to date record to 19-4 with 8 pins. Bagan is currently ranked #2 in the CCCAA state rankings at 133 lbs.
285 pounder Jake Larsen was 3-0 with three pins to improve his season to date record to 20-4 with 18 pins. Larsen is ranked #3 in the state at 285 lbs.
The Bear Cubs next competition will be at the CCCAA North regional at Sierra College in Rocklin on Saturday, December 4th. Wrestling starts at 10AM with the championship matches about 4:00PM. Spectators are aloud, masks are required inside the gym. The top six in each weight class will qualify to the CCCAA State Championships at Cerritos College December 10-11, 2021.
