Santa Rosa Junior College opened the 2017 wrestling season at Chabot on Saturday, September 9th.

Sophomore Blake Boswell lead the team to victory with a pin and a major decision to start his season 2-0. The Bear Cubs defeated San Joaquin Delta 34-15 and routed Shasta 40-10 on their way to a 2-0 record in their season opener.
