Santa Rosa Junior College hosted the CCCAA Northern California dual meet Championships in Haehl Pavilion. The Bear Cubs had an outstanding performance finishing the tournament with a 3-1 record and third place. SRJC results: Chabot 29 SRJC 27. SRJC 40 Skyline 18. SRJC 25 Modesto 24. Third place match SRJC 29 Chabot 23. SRJC improved their record to 4-2 on the season. Great performances by Blake Boswell 4-0 with 3 pins at 149 and Joel Anguiano 4-0 with 2 pins at 165. Colton Farley avenged his opening round loss to Chabot by pinning Gabriel Cardona of Chabot in the heavy weight division to clinch the third place team trophy. Next action for the Bear Cubs is at Modesto on Wednesday in a Coast Conference match up.
