The Bear Cubs golf are competing in the North Division of the Big 8 Conference. They are currently leading both the North Division and the Overall conference. The Bear Cubs are tied for the lead with Folsom Lake College in the strong North Division. In the overall Big 8, they are tied with Chabot College after six tournaments.
The Bear Cubs also have a strong showing as individual golfers with 4 of top 6 representing SRJC in the North and in the overall 3 of the top 8.
They are competing in the seventh tournament at Rancho Murieta which is hosted by rivals Folsom Lake
