SRJC Men's Basketball held a lead at one point in the game early 36-16 in the first half. Canada went on a run to end the half only down 46-43. During this time Canada went on a (27-10) run and created (6) Bear Cub turnovers in that spell.
The 2nd half was back and forth with 7 lead changes and largest lead of 7 points by one team. Overtime decided the game, where Canada hit two early shots and took the lead and held on 105-101.
Ryan Perez led the Bear Cubs tonight with 43 points in the lost. Perez broke the school record tonight for 3's, (13) in a game. Nick Cole 17 points and Damian Wallace 16 points and 11 Assists.
Bear Cubs take on Feather River Saturday, December 15 at 6pm for 3rd place in the Kris Kringle Classic.
