Sac City was able to notch yet another victory in conference play defeating Santa Rosa 3-1 (25-16, 25-19, 20-25, 25-13). Sac City is now 20-1 this season and 12-1 in the Big 8. The Panthers are looking to secure the Big 8 conference title crown with Sierra (17-4 / 11-1 Big 8) being the only defeat this season.

 

City had strong performances led by So OH (#10) Keeley Franz with 18 kills, 14 digs and 43 total attacks. So OH (#4) Sam Kepler had 16 digs with 15 kills and 34 total attacks. Fr MH (#9) Jalyn Jones had 7 kills with 15 total attacks. So S (#5) Kassidy Rauh led the team with 41 assists, had 10 digs with 6 total attacks as well. Fr OH (#7) Lexi Tomlinson had 9 digs with 3 kills and 8 total attacks.

 

Sac City will face the Modesto Pirates (5-16 / 2-11 Big 8) this Friday in Modesto at 6:30 PM.
