In the second round playoff game against no. 2 ranked Chabot, sophomore Alicia Mehtlan had her best game of the year. Going 7-11 from the floor and 12-12 from the free throw line, Mehtlan led the Bear Cubs in scoring and rebounds. Santa Rosa, the no. 15 seed, pushed Chabot to their limits in their final game of the season. The Bear Cubs were down only four points with two minutes to go. Mehtlan scored the Bear Cubs last 7 points, none bigger then the 3pt shot that brought them within 4.
